New Registration Platform Instructions

We are now using a different registration platform!

As of October 1st, GymKats will be moving from Amilia to Jack Rabbit for all registration.  The way to register your children has now changed (hopefully making it easier).  

To ensure that we can make a seamless transition, please follow the link below that best matches your account description:

1. I have children currently enrolled in Session 2 (November & December).
2. I have children who have attended classes or camps since July 1, 2018.
3. I have children who have been to GymKats but not been since July 1, 2018.
4. We are a new family, never been to GymKats.

1. I have children currently enrolled in Session 2 (November & December).

If you have registered your child between September 25th-30th into Session 2, then GymKats has created a profile for you in the new Jack Rabbit system.  Your information has been migrated over AND your registration has already been transferred over.  You can access the Parent Portal here, which is where you can check current registrations and enrol your child in future classes, camps, or special events, and we will post important notices.

To access the parent portal, use your email address as the username, and select, forgot password to create a new password.  

 

Once you create your recovered password, you will be brought to a screen that will allow you to navigate along the top menu to make payments, enrol in classes, and view current classes enrolled.  Please verify that all of your demographic information is correct and up to date.

Congratulations, you are all setup to enrol your child in future classes or camps - PLEASE NOTE, you must register through the parent portal once you have an account, otherwise you may be recharged the GymKats Membership Fee again.

COMMON QUESTION: I am on my dashboard, why do I see a balance, like the one shown below:

ANSWER: There is a pending change on your account.  If there is an error with payment, GymKats will contact you shortly.

2. I have children who have attended classes or camps since July 1, 2018.

If you have registered your children in camps or classes since July 1, 2018 AND have paid their full-year GymKats Membership Fee (not a camper membership), then GymKats has created a profile for you in the new Jack Rabbit system.  Your information has been migrated over AND your registration has already been transferred over.  You can access the Parent Portal here, which is where you can check current registrations and enrol your child in future classes, camps, or special events, and we will post important notices.

If you have registered your children in camps or classes but prior to July 1, 2018, and would like to register for an upcoming class or camp, please visit www.gymkats.ca and follow the links to register for the class/camp.  You will be taken to a page that looks like this:

 

Once you have submitted your registration, you can access the Parent Portal here, which is where you can check current registrations and enrol your child in future classes, camps, or special events, and we will post important notices.

To access the parent portal, use your email address as the username the password you created on your registration form.
