1. How do I register my child?

 

Registeration is available online at https://www.amilia.com/store/en/gymkats/shop/programs.  All members will need to create a username and password to register their child for classes.  If you require assistance using Amilia, our Online Registration Program, please contact Coach Ashley at (647) 227-5231 or via email at gymkatsinc@gmail.com.​

 

2. How do I make payment?

 

Payment can be made online (click here to be redirected).  Full payment is due prior to the start date of the registered program.  We require payment in the form of Mastercard or Visa.  We do not accept Debit Cards at this time.  All fees include HST.

 

3. What is you policy on withdrawing from classes?

 

If you wish to drop a class two (2) weeks prior to the start date of the class, you will receive a full refund, LESS the GymKats Membership Fee.  If you wish to drop a class within two (2) weeks of the class start date, you will receive a full refund LESS the GymKats Membership Fee and a $25 administration fee.  If you wish to drop a class once the class is in session, you will receive a partial credit, which is prorated for the number of classes remaining, [and LESS the GymKats Registration Fee].  Please see Ashley for dropouts that are due to extenuating circumstances. 

 

4. What is the Annual GymKats Membership Fee?

 

Any individual who signs up for a class or camp must pay an annual GymKats Membership Fee of $35.00.  The fee is prorated for GymKats through the year.  This Membership Fee includes a Gymnastics Ontario Membership.  It is a NON-REFUNDABLE.  All GymKats Membership Fees expire yearly (2019-2020 membership expires at the end of June 2020).  

 

5. Do you offer make-up classes?

 

Make-up classes are given at the discretion of GymKats Inc.  Parents must contact the office to schedule a make-up class.  In the event that classes are cancelled by GymKats, a make-up class will be scheduled.

 

6. Do you offer family discounts?

 

If you have 2 or more children registered in classes, you will receive 5% off your 2nd child’s registration fee, 5% off for your 3rd child’s registration fee etc.  If one child/participant is registered for 2 or more classes, they will receive a 10% discount for all enrolled classes (not including Drop-In Classes). 

 

7. What should my child wear to gymnastics?

 

For safety reasons, all GymKats must go barefeet in the GymKats Jungle.  Children must wear either a bodysuit, or fitted clothing.  Loose-fitting items, such as baggy t-shirts, skirts or dresses are a safety concern as they can get caught between the child and the apparatus.  If you have questions about attire, please speak with Coach Ashley at GymKats.  Children who are not appropriately dressed will not be allowed to participate.

 

8. Does the schedule change session to session?

 

The schedule will generally remain the same from session to session. We try to listen and accomodate the class requests that benefit the greatest number of people.  If you have a suggestion for a class or time change or addition, please email Coach Ashley.  

 

 

9. Do children who are already enrolled at GymKats receive priority registration?

 

GymKats Members who are currently enrolled in classes will receive an email notifying when a pre-registration period is offered for the upcoming session.  Once this priority registration period has ended, the remaining spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve registration.
