This program is designed for children who eager to learn tumbling skills on the floor.  Gymnasts will learn basic and intermediate tumbling progressions, experiment with partner across stunts, and group dances.


*Sample Tumbling Skills: Cartwheel, round-off, front and back walkover, handsprings


Tumbling & Acro classes focus on:

  • Learning progressions for beginner and intermediate floor tumbling skills

  • Conditioning on floor and beam to develop strength

  • Conditioning to improve flexibility 

  • Preparing and practicing mini routines 

  • Learning partner and group stunts

  • Creating and learning dancrepertoires
